The warranty does NOT cover the following: Any physical damage reported post 24 hours from the date of delivery & installation of the product. Manufacturing Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect or accident of the product and/or improper installation of the product by the customer. Warranty shall also not cover furniture products moved from one residential location to another by the customer, Furniture products moved to an unserviceable pin code, any modifications or alterations made to the products post-purchase, or not following the product care instructions.
